What we collect and what we don't

The application processes all gameplay data locally on your device. Screen captures are never transmitted to any external server. We do not collect, store, or have access to anything that happens inside your game.

The only personal data we may collect is:

• Email address — if you create an account or subscribe to a paid plan, we store your email to manage your account and communicate with you.
• Technical data — anonymous crash reports and version information may be collected to diagnose issues. This data contains no personally identifying information.
• Payment data — if you purchase a subscription, payment processing is handled entirely by third-party platforms (e.g. Overwolf). We never receive or store your payment card details.

How we use your data

• To create and manage your account
• To deliver and maintain the service
• To send essential service communications (e.g. receipts, important updates)
• To diagnose and fix technical problems

We do not use your data for advertising profiling, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except where strictly necessary to operate the service or when required by law.

Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

For users in the EU/EEA, we process your data on the following legal bases:

• Contract performance — processing your email to provide the service you signed up for.
• Legitimate interests — anonymous crash diagnostics and security monitoring, where our interest in maintaining a stable service does not override your rights.
• Consent — where required by law (e.g. non-essential analytics or advertising via Overwolf), we will ask for your consent before processing.

Screen capture and AI processing

The application uses the Overwolf platform to access screen capture data. This processing happens entirely on your local machine. No screenshots, frames, or visual data leave your device. No biometric data is processed. The AI analysis is performed in real time and results are displayed only to you.

Third-party services

GAMEINFERENCE relies on the following third parties:

• Overwolf — provides the platform for desktop overlay functionality and may collect usage analytics under their own privacy policy.
• Riot Games Live Client Data API — read-only access to publicly visible game state data. No account credentials are requested or stored.
• Cloudinary — hosts images and videos on this website. No personal data is shared with Cloudinary.
• Netlify — hosts this website and may collect standard server access logs (IP address, browser type) for security and performance purposes.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

Data retention

We retain your email address and account data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days except where retention is required by law (e.g. for tax or accounting purposes). Anonymous diagnostic data may be retained for up to 12 months.

International transfers

Our infrastructure may be located outside the EU. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, in compliance with GDPR Chapter V.

Children's privacy

The service is not directed at children under 16 (or the applicable minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Your rights

Depending on your country of residence, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure — request deletion of your data.
• Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data.
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

• Withdraw consent — at any time, where processing is based on consent.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Only essential functionality may rely on browser storage (e.g. saving your language preference locally). No third-party advertising cookies are placed by this website directly. The GAMEINFERENCE desktop application may use cookies or local storage through the Overwolf platform; please refer to Overwolf's Privacy Policy at overwolf.com/legal/privacy for details.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email (if you have an account) or by posting a notice on this website. Continued use of the service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
