By downloading, installing, or using GAMEINFERENCE ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Software.

4. Description of Service

GAMEINFERENCE is an AI-powered coaching assistant for League of Legends. The Software operates using official APIs provided by Riot Games and screen capture data made available through the Overwolf platform. All analysis, including image processing, is performed locally on the user's device. No gameplay data, screenshots, or visual data are transmitted to external servers unless explicitly stated and consented to. The Software does not modify, inject into, or interfere with the game client. It is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. No performance improvement is guaranteed.

GAMEINFERENCE is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games.

The Software is designed to comply with policies of Riot Games and Overwolf. However, such policies may change at any time, compliance is not guaranteed in all future cases, and you remain solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable terms.

The Software uses artificial intelligence and automated analysis, including computer vision. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. Visual analysis may misinterpret gameplay situations. Recommendations are probabilistic and not guaranteed. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on the Software.

9. Account and Usage Risk

You acknowledge that use of third-party tools in online games involves inherent risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider is not responsible for account bans, suspensions, penalties, loss of rank, progress, or virtual items.

10. No Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the provider disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy or reliability.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where prohibited by EU law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, goodwill, hardware damage, or account penalties. Total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months (or EUR 0 if free user). This limitation does not apply to intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the provider from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use or misuse of the Software, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party terms or rights.

13. Payments, Subscriptions and Refund Policy

The Software may offer paid features and display advertisements. Payments are handled by third-party platforms including Overwolf; the provider does not store or process payment details directly. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled. By purchasing digital content, you expressly acknowledge that access begins immediately upon purchase and you lose your statutory 14-day withdrawal right once performance has begun, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Refunds are not provided for change of mind after activation, only where required by applicable law or in cases of proven technical failure preventing access. Free users may be shown advertisements delivered by third-party partners via Overwolf.

15. Data Processing

Gameplay data and screen captures are processed locally. No gameplay or visual data is transmitted externally. We may process your email address (for account or subscription) and technical data such as crash logs and version info.

We rely on contract performance for service delivery, legitimate interests for security and improvement, and consent where required (e.g., ads or optional features).

17. Screen Capture and Computer Vision

The Software may process screen captures via Overwolf APIs. Processing occurs locally only. No images are stored or transmitted. No biometric identification is performed.

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary. You may request deletion at any time.

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, object to, and port your data, and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

The Software may rely on third-party services (e.g., Overwolf) that use cookies or similar technologies for ad delivery, analytics, or performance monitoring. Where required by law, you will be asked for consent before non-essential data processing and may withdraw consent at any time via settings.

22. Updates and Termination

We may modify the Software or these Terms at any time. Where required, users will be notified of significant changes. We may suspend or terminate access without notice if you violate these Terms.

23. Governing Law and Severability

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. EU consumers retain mandatory protections of their country of residence. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
